What is your warranty and return policy?
All signs come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. If something goes wrong, we will repair or replace it at no cost. Custom signs are made to order, so we do not accept returns unless the product is faulty or differs from the approved design.
Can you replicate our company logo as a neon sign?
Absolutely. That is our speciality. Share your logo file (SVG, AI, or high-resolution PNG) and our design team will produce a faithful neon recreation. We will send a digital mockup for your approval before production begins.
What certifications do your LED signs have?
