Q: How long does production take?
A: Since we own our production lines, we move fast.
- Standard Orders: Production typically takes 5–7 business days after design approval.
- Bulk/Wholesale Orders: Timeline varies based on quantity and complexity, but most bulk orders are completed within 12–15 business days. We will provide a strict timeline upon quoting.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: We ship globally using premium express couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS).
- Express Air Shipping: Generally takes 5–9 business days to reach the USA, Europe, and Australia.
- Sea Freight: For very large bulk orders where cost-efficiency is key, we can arrange sea freight (30–45 days).
Q: Is shipping safe? What if a sign arrives broken?
A: We use industrial-grade packaging designed for international export, including wooden crates for larger signs. However, in the rare event of breakage during transit, we offer a replacement guarantee. Simply send us photos of the damage within 24 hours of delivery, and we will prioritize a replacement free of charge.
Q: Do I have to pay customs duties?
A: As with all international imports, customs duties may apply depending on your country's regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer. However, for large wholesale orders, we can discuss DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping options where we handle the customs fees for you.
